O'Neal Boswell

O’Neal Boswell grew up in Enterprise and spent time at ESCC, before leaving for Birmingham. O’Neal spent over 20 years in Birmingham working in the car business and eventually opened his own company Performance Solutions LLC which provided sales training, temporary F&I services, and warranty services to car dealerships throughout the Southeast. While in Birmingham he was involved with numerous charities to include Kid One Transport that provides non-emergency healthcare transportation services for children, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

In 2007, after the tornado destroyed the high school and much of Enterprise, O’Neal came back home to assist with the clean-up process. While here he made arrangements to stay in town for a few months to help his father run his car dealership Sam Boswell Honda. That original plan of a few months turned into 15+ years, and O’Neal is now the proud owner of Sam Boswell Honda as well as three other dealerships; Sam Boswell Buick GMC in Enterprise, Sam Boswell Buick GMC in Mt. Dora, FL, and Sam Boswell Honda in Gadsden, AL. O’Neal’s commitment to the local community is seen in all the communities his businesses serve. Locally, he is involved with numerous veterans’ organizations, he was an integral part of the team that built a handicap accessible cabin at Ft. Novosel for wounded service members, he is a previous recipient of the Enterprise Man of the Year award, Chamber member, on the Board of the Wiregrass Area Economic Development Board as well as the ESCC Foundation Board. In addition, his businesses are committed to supporting local sports, community groups and events. O’Neal has loved coming back to his hometown and being a part of this community.
