Justin Flowers

Justin graduated from New Brockton High School. Justin is married to Lilly Flowers, owner and operator of the pink mobile boutique bus "The Rose Lilly Boutique. He matriculated at Troy University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services and concluded his educational studies with a completed Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership. With a heavy background in leadership, one of his greatest passions is helping others. In 2020, Justin became the youngest African American to serve on New Brockton’s Town Council. In this role, Justin’s projects have been geared toward helping the community grow and making the town feel more connected. His overall goal as a council member is to drive community development as it relates to connectedness and a stronger community.Justin’s strongest desire is to contribute to the advancement of The Town of New Brockton. He serves as the Regional Director for Volunteers of America Southeast, where he manages the day to day operations, providing residential placement and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Wiregrass Area (including Enterprise).
