New Custom Who Characters

This year, we are once again able to build brand new Who character cutouts based on business owner photographs (get a Who like YOU!). Each Who will have a large, round logo badge with QR code, which can be scanned to pull up a website or social media page with info about that sponsor. A new 3ft character is $150; 4-5ft is $225. We also have a budget-friendly option if you would like to repurpose a vintage Who with a repaint (see the "Vintage Who" category).
